EAT JAPAN! is an urban festival celebrating Japanese agriculture and food culture. This year, ALISA joined 里SEASONing, who bring regional seasonings from across Japan to the table, in a single shared booth.
Over the two days, we welcomed many guests. At the silk collection fitting, visitors slipped the pieces on themselves and felt, in their own hands, the texture of silk shaped by artisans.
Where food craft meets the art of silk
Our collaboration set, an ALISA silk pouch paired with regional seasonings from 里SEASONing, was warmly received. The depth that fermentation draws from the land. The beauty of silk made by hand. Two crafts inherited across generations, brought together as a single gift, found their way into many hands.
